Very nice hotel, loved it!
There was no microwave. Housekeeping knocked at 930 and 1030 with a do not disturb sign in place. For the money I spent I should not have had that happen. Did not get a voucher or any kind of compensation for the lack of respect and rude behavior. Nice room. Nice spot. But did not compensate for the rudeness of the housekeeping staff.
My wife and I just celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary with a week at your hotel and were treated like royalty the whole time. When we checked in with Marco we were offered complimentary cocktails and Jeremy in the bar was friendly and attentive. Our oceanfront balcony offered a perfect view for sunrises, relaxing and even a rocket launch. The breakfast buffet with Whitney was a fresh and tasty start to the day and the car valets were friendly and offered good suggestions for nearby food and attractions. The beach and pool area were clean and chairs were always available. The crowning touch was our last dinner at Longboards overlooking the beach and Chris and Martin made us feel special. My wife likes to chat and they both paid her lots of attention and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of their time and when they brought our dessert (the best Key Lime pie) it was presented with a "Happy Anniversary" card and it was on the house! Superb! I only wish we could have stayed longer.
