We had a great stay. Breakfast was great and service was wonderful. It was a great stay and our team had a wonderful time.
I loved the property, although to stay in the property for anything over 24 hours it was a bit difficult. The rooms do not have drawers to place your clean clothes so for a five night stay, we literally had to live out of a suitcase. The 2nd major issue was that there is not a microwave in the room making it impossible to buy simple items for her to cook in the microwave for midnight snacks. Everything had to be taken downstairs to the microwave on the first floor. 3rd when a hotel puts their hotel in for big events such as softball/baseball tournaments it is important to have more than one ice machine on the property because whenever a person just needed a bit of ice, there was never any. Overall the experience was great and satisfactory. Staff was remarkably helpful and kind. The manager is helpful and a breath of fresh air.

Bathroom needs a shower chair with armrests please. Also more grab bars in shower, e.g. horizontal bar on back wall and another right at entrance to shower.

Clean room and front desk staff was extremely welcoming and polite, very nice folks. Breakfast was good, as expected.
This hotel was very close to the hospital where we were going the next morning.
