The Royalton Park Avenue did not disappoint. We received excellent service throughout the hotel, met some lovely guests at the pool and there was enough room for a family of four to stay in a Manhattan hotel room. Courtney and Dion are lovely. They deserve a raise!

EPA-rated hospital-grade disinfectants will be used to clean throughout the hotel, special attention paid to all high-touch surfaces. No hotel personnel will enter a room during guest stay without permission. We provide replenished amenities in sanitized packaging. Each room will include a sealed safety kit containing facemask, hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes. Keys will be disinfected via UVC light treatment. For the laundry and cleaning of bed linens and towels, sealed laundry bags will be utilized during transportation to and from the cleaning facility. Touchless hand sanitizer stations placed in key areas throughout the hotel including hotel entrance, front desk, meeting room landings and elevator landings. Meetings/Events - limited to 35 sq ft per attendee, tables 6ft apart, No touch service, breaks will be staggered. Restaurant tables spaced 6ft aprat, no touch table service, digital menus, No Touch in room dining will be served with sustainable disposable wares.
