Our room overlooked the pool and it was disgusting.
The hotel was very nice and the staff was very personable and helpful. We did struggle the first day arriving due to there only being valet parking and only one attendant working so there was quite a wait. But the rest of the valet experience was very nice and no delays noted. We were able to get towels quickly when requested. It would be helpful to have a badge card access reader from the main street to allow hotel guests to enter in a safer environment than having to go down the back alley and through the valet parking area. That is the main item I would say would really be valuable to your facility.
