Ease of proximity to uptown or downtown: a short walk to Union Square, three blocks to the Flatiron and Chelsea’s galleries, convenient to Greenwhich Village & Soho, and a short taxi to Midtown.Ambiance:•Infused with a historical heritage, the intimate yet dramatic two story lobby is highlighted by a 9 foot hand carved wood burning fireplace, custom chandelier and wood beamed ceiling.•Our public spaces showcase 20th century masterpieces by artists Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Damien Hirst, Richard Prince, Keith Haring, and Julian Schnabel.
