The front desk manager was very polite and helpful upon check in. However, the hotel itself was rundown and old feeling (I.E dirty grout in bathroom, well used linens, nicked furniture). Room was clean enough but had trash left from prior occupant. The pool didn’t have enough towels and when we called the front desk to ask for more bathroom towels we waited over an hour and had to walk up and get them ourselves. Pool was fine, but not super clean or maintained.
