I arrived after midnight due to my flight and was greeted by Tyrone. I told him a hadn’t had anything to eat. He found me a snack bag with snacks. Much appreciated! Oder hotel but extremely well clean and well kept.

We stay here every year when we fly out of MSP for a sister trip. Love that we can all stay in the same room. We have enjoyed the food in Woolley’s also the free happy hour and breakfast. Very nice rooms.
One to Ten I would give it an a Nine! Really wonderful hotel.
The hotel staff was very helpful. I needed ice packs frozen for my husband’s medical container and the staff was so nice and helping with that. The hotel itself has seen a lot of use and needs a bit of a make over.
We been coming up to bloomington maybe once a month to stay with you guys. If I could add photos I would. We bring our white maincoon with us and all the staff treated him like we were treated so so amazing. We can't wait to come back up there again. Thanks for being an awesome get away for my husband and I but especially SNOW ELF.
The negative is the TV. The selection of channels is terrible. They have virtually no selection of channels. Looks like they want to save money rather than provide guests with a range of entertainment. It’s so bad they should remove the TVs from the rooms. They could save another $10.00 per customer 😂.
Missed a connection due to weather and had to stay overnight in Minneapolis. Chose the Embassy Suites as it was close to the airort. Room was great and staff was helpful with accommodating my unexpected stay. Had dinner at Wooley's Restaurant. The restaurant was very busy but running smoothly and my dinner was excellent.
